6:33 a.m.: Police investigate a report of vandalism at Burbank Park on Lakeway Drive. No arrests are made.

 8:04 a.m.: Police investigate a reported motor vehicle break-in on Pomeroy Avenue. No arrests are made.

 8:25 a.m.: Allison M. Neil, 32, of Ora Street, is arrested by police on a charge of trespass.

 8:36 a.m.: Police investigate a reported breaking and entering on Daniels Avenue. No arrests are made.

 10:16 a.m.: Jeremy Joseph Killela, 33, of Ester Terrace, is arrested by police on a charge of assault and battery.

 12:43 p.m.: Robert W. Turner, 31, of Fourth Street, is arrested by police and charged with conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

 1:01 p.m.: Joshua K. Tagge, 23, of Bentrup Court in Lenox, is arrested by police on a charge of shoplifting.

 4:09 p.m.: Police investigate a reported assault and battery on South Onota Street. No arrests are made.

 5:25 p.m.: Police investigate a reported assault and battery on Wahconah Street. No arrests are made.

 6:56 p.m.: Police investigate a reported vehicle break-in on Emerson Avenue. No arrests are made.

 7:45 p.m.: Police investigate a reported sex offense on Columbus Avenue. No arrests are made.

 8:19 p.m.: Antoine J. Phoenix, 27, of North Street, is arrested by police on a warrant.

 8:43 p.m.: Police respond to a reported unattended death on Churchill Street. Services are rendered.

 11:22 p.m.: Police investigate a reported burglary on Brown Street. No arrests are made.
