10:04 a.m.: Police arrest Dustin Ryan Hanford, 27, of Cheshire Road, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for Operating Under the Influence, and making an improper turn.
11:05 a.m.: Police investigate metal theft at the Wilson Project on Mohawk Street. Will be updated.
11:45 a.m.: Police investigate shoplifting at Carr Hardware on Oswald Avenue.
