n 10:01 a.m.: Police serve a restraining order on Gordon Street.

n 12:13 p.m..: Police investigate a report of identity theft.

n 12:49 p.m.: Police receive a report of assault and battery, which allegedly occurred on Allen Street.

n 1 p.m.: Police arrest Peter Daigeneault and charge him with disturbing the peace.

n 1:25 p.m.: Police receive a report of harrassment at Sibley Street.

n 2:01 p.m.: Police respond to a domestic incident at Dickinson Avenue.

n 2:33 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident at Walmart on Hubbard Avenue with no injuries reported. One vehicle is towed.

n 2:37 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident at Charles and North streets. No injuries are reported.

n 2:49 p.m.: Fire department is called to a motor vehicle fire at Stop & Shop on Merrill Road.

n 4:37 p.m.: Police respond to a report of drunkenness and arrest Carrie Ann Fotiathis at Oral Surgical Associates on Dalton Avenue for disturbing the peace, subsequent offense.

n 5:35 p.m.: Police stop a motor vehicle at St. Joseph High School on Maplewood Avenue and arrest Laekwon Brown, 31, and charge him with driving with a suspended license.

n 7:38 p.m.: Police respond to a report of larceny on Fort Hill Avenue.

n 8:48 p.m.: Police respond to a reported larceny at Wendell House Apartments on Wendell Avenue.

n 10:29 p.m. Police respond to reports of three shots fired and a shattered window at a home on Burbank Street. Police recover a BB gun pellet.
