Pittsfield: Public comment sought on draft plan


The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission announces the release of the draft Public Participation Plan and the beginning of a 45-day public comment period.

The PPP outlines goals and principles for engaging the public throughout the regional transportation planning process.

BRPC staff will accept comments at a public open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at the BRPC Office, 1 Fenn St., Suite 201.

Comments can also be submitted to Emily Lindsey, senior transportation planner, by e-mail to elindsey@berkshireplanning.org; by telephone at 413-442-1521, ext. 12; or by mail to 1 Fenn St., Suite 201, Pittsfield, MA 01201.

Comments are requested by June 10.
