Pittsfield: Temple Anshe Amunim hosts Passover events


Temple Anshe Amunim will hold its annual Second Night Passover Seder on Saturday, April 23, at 26 Broad St.

The Seder, led by Rabbi Josh Breindel, will begin at 5:30 p.m. Children will be invited to hunt for the afikomen, a treasure hunt for hidden matzo, and to win prizes.

A traditional Seder meal prepared by Temple members and caterer Brenda & Co. will follow. A vegetarian option will be offered.

Reservations are required by April 20. Cost is $36 for adult members; $42 for other adults; $10 for children ages 10-18; and children under 10 free.

Other events include a Pesach Study and Festival Service at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 23, and a Yizkor Study and concluding Festival Service at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 29.
