Pittsfield: UCP of Berkshire County to hold 50th annual telethon

United Cerebral Palsy Association of Berkshire County will hold its 50th annual telethon from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, at the Crowne Plaza, 1 West St.

This year’s theme is "Kids are the bridge to the future!"

The event will include a raffle, silent auction and entertainers such as the Cantarella School of Dance, Albany Berkshire Ballet Junior Company, Billsville Boys, Catholic Youth Center Cheerleaders, and Berkshire Music School’s Bing’s Strings.

UCP’s 50th annual telethon will be televised simultaneously on Pittsfield Community Television (Channel 16), on Northern Berkshire Community Television Corporation (Channel 15), and Community Television of the Southern Berkshires (Channel 16).
