Robbery reported at Tyler Street convenience store

PITTSFIELD >> City police are investigating an early morning robbery call on Tyler Street.

The call was made from the Convenience Plus store at 1:27 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.

Pittsfield Police Lt. Gary Traversa said there was little information the department could provide Wednesday afternoon due to the investigation being in its early stages, except to say no one was injured in the incident, no weapons were shown and nothing was taken.
