Rockland man charged with fatally stabbing wife
ROCKLAND, Mass. (AP) - Prosecutors say a Rockland man has been charged with fatally stabbing his wife.
The Plymouth district attorney's office says police responded to calls of a stabbing at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
When officers arrived they found a woman lying in the driveway of a home suffering from an apparent stab wound with neighbors helping her.
The woman, 52-year-old Patricia Langley, was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Her husband, 56-year-old Richard Langley was placed under arrest and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Hingham District Court on a murder charge.
It could not immediately be determined in Richard Langley had a layer. The death remains under investigation.
