Romney preaches return to inequality
What Mitt Romney was advocating in this first presidential campaign debate, was in essence a return to the "states rights" programs of the pre-Civil War era. It might not have been completely racial, but it was certainly in that vein of thought: definitely segregational. I would have challenged with the mantra: United we stand; divided we fall!
Some of what Romney was proposing had the ominous toll of the bell of inequality, and presents a truly frightening departure from our "melting pot" of democracy.
Yes, vote for freedom, folks, but for freedom of restraint from anarchy, in wisdom of brotherhood in tolerance, peace, and cooperative strength.
