'Rust and Bone'

WILLIAMSTOWN -- Ali finds himself homeless, penniless and friendless, with his 5-year-old son. Stephanie trains orca whales at Marineland. When a performance ends in tragedy, a call in the night brings them together in "Rust and Bone," showing Monday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m., at Images Cinema, 50 Spring St.

Over three consecutive Mondays, the Williams Department of Romance Languages will screen three recent films from France at Images Cinema: films that examine the roles of love and affection, attraction and seduction, gender and sexuality in contemporary France.

Associate Professor of French at Williams College and co-organizer of this series, Brian Martin, will introduce each film. All films are free and open to all.
