Sleeping toddler hurt when car careens into house in New York state
NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. - A car careened out of control and struck a house sending part of its ceiling down upon a sleeping toddler.
Berkshire Eagle media partner WNYT News Channel 13 reports that two men were arrested following the crash in this town northeast of Saratoga Springs.
Police say the two men were speeding down Route 50 when their cars collided, sending one of them into a parked car and the house.
Part of a ceiling struck the toddler named Max in the head while he slept. He was transported to Saratoga Hospital with minor injuries. The two drivers were also brought to the hospital, one with minor injuries and the other with a broken leg.
