Stockbridge man facing drug, weapon charges after Pittsfield bust
William Lacey, 26, was approached by plainclothes officers about 7 p.m. in the area of Center and Bradford streets, Pittsfield Police said in a statement.
During the encounter, members of the anti-crime unit developed probable cause that Lacey had drugs on him, police said.

Lacey pleaded not guilty in Central Berkshire District Court on Tuesday to possession of a Class A drug (heroin); possession of a Class E drug (Suboxone); possession of a firearm without a firearms ID card; and possession of ammunition without a firearms ID card.
