Posted
Friday September 21, 2012

Artist Don Colley will present an afternoon of plein air sketching from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Norman Rockwell Museum.

Colley, an instructor for art supplier Faber-Castell, will share his extensive collection of sketches that illustrate his travels and everyday life on the company’s Creative Academy Road Trip across America.

Participants should bring their own sketchbook and drawing tools and come prepared to draw. Colley will share some of his own favorite drawing tools, and students will receive a sampling to try themselves.

The event is free with Museum admission, however space is limited. Pre-register by calling the Museum at (413) 931-2252.
