Targeting women, but not guns
Why is it that politicians seem so fascinated with pregnant women and are totally silent on the question of gun ownership laws? Congress is made up of mostly men and it is mostly men who are running for office. Since I am not a man, maybe that is why I don’t understand.
It appears that there are lots of people who defend their right to own guns and to buy all the ammunition they want. Why would anyone want a gun if they weren’t going to shoot it? I sort of doubt they plan on joining a militia as our Constitution expected them to do. Many gun owners don’t know how to use one and many can’t find a militia to join.
Another thing I don’t understand is why so many of those gun people preach about the sanctity of life when they talk about denying a woman her right to choose whether or not to have an abortion. So do the gun folks think they can ignore the sanctity of life, but the women shouldn’t have a choice?
