"Lipstick & Magic," Berkshire County’s drag-themed variety show, will return to the Crowne Plaza Pub (formerly The Underground), at 9 p.m. Friday.
You will see dancing and singing and lots of surprises featuring Harmony Chanel Diamond, Kandi Korn and eight other special guests. Cover is $5 for this age 21 and up event.

From noon to 6 p.m. Sunday is the Windsor Lake BBQ-Fest in North Adams, with part of the proceeds to benefit Windsor Lake. The menu consists of slow-smoked ribs, pulled pork, chicken, fries, corn on the cob, Carolina slaw and ice cream tent sponsored by Z.Z. & Company Barbecue and Mikey Joe’s On The Lake. Tickets are $25 per person, free for children under age 10.

Hilltop Orchards and Furnace Brook Winery in Richmond will host "An Evening Under the Stars: Farm to Table Dinner & Cabaret to benefit Berkshire Carousel." Mary Verdi and Company will provide the entertainment.
Festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a hayride through the orchard followed by a farm-to-table style dinner at 7, with music, including a bonfire sing-along, and dessert served at 8.
The gluten-free menu features wine parings with herbed garden roasted boneless breast of chicken with sautéed mixed greens and roasted red potatoes, local breads, a carving station with roasted beef cooked over an applewood fire. Dessert includes assorted homemade pies and chocolates from Chocolate Springs.

From Friday through Monday, the Little Cinema at the Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield will show the film, "L’écume des jours (Mood Indigo)" (NR) directed by Michel Gondry, featuring Romain Duris and Audrey Tautou. Screened in French with English subtitles, the approximately 90-minute film is a visionary romance set in a surreal Paris, adapted from the cult novel by Boris Vian. Show times are Friday through Monday at 7 p.m., and Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets are $7.50 general admission, $5 for museum members.
