Tyringham: Longtime incumbent wins again
The incumbent of 30 years easily won another three-year term during Tuesday's town election by defeating challenger M. Christine Corcoran 124 to 40. Local election officials report 168 out of 310 registered voters cast ballots at the Town Hall - a 54 percent turnout.
After three decades in office, Curtin said he sought re-election because he still enjoys serving.
