Vegetarian dinner slated
Attendees are asked to bring a dish that will serve 10 and to clearly mark it vegan or vegetarian. Attaching the recipe is also appreciated. Guests should also bring their own place settings. Coffee, tea and hot and cold water will be provided.
After the dinner, there will be a voluntary sharing time for people to read a poem, tell a short story or share why they are thankful.
Harold Brown, founder of FarmKind, will share his experiences as he went from animal agriculture farmer to vegan activist. The suggested contribution for the event is $5 per person.
