Washington: Berkshire Woodworkers Guild sets scholarship deadline

The Berkshire Woodworkers Guild is accepting scholarship applications from young people pursuing an education in woodworking, cabinetmaking, furnituremaking, or architecture. The application deadline is April 1.

Preference is given to applicants from Berkshire County and the neighboring region who are enrolled in a long-term continuous program that leads to certification or a degree in one of these fields.

Applicants should be between 16 and 25 years of age. The maximum amount of each scholarship is $1,000.

The Berkshire Woodworkers Guild is a group of professionals who live and work in the Berkshire area. The Guild is a non-profit organization.
