The Circle of Friends crafters sponsored by Williamstown Grange #366 will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Sheep Hill, Route 7 South.

The current project being worked upon is lap robes for residents at Williamstown Commons Nursing Home. They will be delivered in December and more are needed to fulfill their goal of 25.

Anyone wishing to assist will be provided with yarn and is invited to join in fellowship, friendship and light refreshments.

The August meeting was used as a work bee to fill 48 backpacks with school supplies that were presented to Pat Polumbo, direction of the Division of Families and Children.

The Circle of Friends welcomes anyone wanting to craft their own project or assist in Grange Community Service projects.

For information, contact Amanda Cornellier, Grange Home and Community Service chairperson, at (413) 652-7688.
