Williamstown: Climate change expert to speak Sunday


First Congregational Church is hosting a talk by William R. Moomaw, lead author of five U.N. Intergovernmental Panels on Climate Change Reports, at 11:20 a.m. Sunday, April 10, in the church's Community Hall, 906 Main St.

The Nobel Peace Prize recipient will speak on "Exceeding Expectations: Beyond the Climate Agreements at COP21." The talk is one of the church's Second Hour programs, which follows the regular 10 a.m. Sunday morning service.

The program is free and open to the public.
