Williamstown: Greylock ABC accepting items for sales

Posted
Friday November 2, 2012

Donations for the ABC Clothing Sale and the ABC Linen Sale are being accepted at First Congregational Church during limited hours.

Adult clothing and household linens in excellent condition may be brought to the church at 906 Main St. on weekdays (except holidays) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to noon.

Bags and boxes should be taken in the door nearest the parking lot on Chapin Drive. Signs inside will direct donors to the collection spot.

This is the 20th year that Greylock, A Better Chance, has collected gently used clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, blankets, comforters, sheets, towels, and other linens (except curtains) that are in nearly new condition -- no holes, stains, broken zippers, pilling, or other defects.

Donations will be accepted until Labor Day.

Information: Carolyn Behr, (413) 458-5557.
