Williamstown: ‘Nickel and Dimed’ author to lecture

Williams College is hosting several Williams Reads 2012 events throughout the year relating to the book "Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting by in America."

Barbara Ehrenreich, author of this year’s Williams Reads book, will give a talk at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2, on the MainStage of the ‘62 Center for Theatre and Dance.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. Tickets are available online at http://62center.williams.edu/62center or by contacting the box office at (413) 597-2425, Tuesday through Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m.

A book signing will follow the event.
