Williamstown: Panel to discuss upcoming election

Williams College will host a discussion about the issues and implications of the upcoming election for partisanship, public policy, and the presidency at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, in Griffin Hall, room 3.

On the discussion panel will be Russell Muirhead, Robert Clements associate professor of democracy and politics at Dartmouth College; Cathie Jo Martin, professor of political science at Boston University; and Jeffrey Tulis, associate professor of government at the University of Texas, Austin.

The presentation, part of a series of lectures in the ‘71 Public Affairs Forum on Elections 2012, is free and open to the public.

The event is co-sponsored by the Program in Leadership Studies, the Department of Political Science, the Lecture Committee, and the Class of ‘71 Public Affairs Forum.
