Williamstown: Pie Palooza to benefit Berkshire Food Project

The annual Great Pie Palooza will be held at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at First Congregational Church, 906 Main St.

This event will provide a variety of pies for the Berkshire Food Project's Thanksgiving feast at First Congregational Church in North Adams. At the same time, everyone who attends will be able to sample a number of pies and vote for the ones that are most delicious.

Participants are asked to drop off two pies of any kind (homemade or professionally baked) between 9 and 11 a.m. Sunday at the Williamstown FCC Community Hall.

Pie 1 will be sent to the Food Project (use a disposable pie tin) and Pie 2 will be entered in the contest. Do not bring a pie that needs refrigeration.

Donation of gluten free pies is encouraged and some will be available for diners.
