The Williamstown Historical Museum announces a roundtable discussion titled "Cable Mills: Its History, Industrial Life and Adaptive Reuse" at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, in the Williams Inn banquet room, 1090 Main St.

A group of experts will answer questions and provide details about how the evolution of the mill fits within the context of Williamstown's growth and changing industrial, commercial and residential landscape.

Speakers include Cece Holm, a volunteer historian and Williams alum; Marc Toureille, a 38-year Cornish Wire factory employee and union organizer; Dave Traggorth, a Cable Mills project representative and experienced adaptive reuse project manager; and Paul Harsch, a local real estate broker and history buff.
