Barton Seaver, chef, author, and National Geographic Fellow, will speak at Williams College on Monday, Oct. 22. His talk, titled "Bristol Bay: A World of Challenges and Opportunities," will take place at 6:30 p.m. in Griffin Hall, room 3. The event is free and open to the public.

Seaver’s talk will aim to educate students, faculty, and community members about Alaska’s Bristol Bay, the world’s best habitat for wild salmon. He will discuss this crucial natural resource’s place in the global ecosystem and how to help preserve the bay.
