Williamstown: TV host, professor to speak on election

Melissa Harris-Perry, host of the self-titled show on MSNBC and professor of political science at Tulane University, will present the final lecture in the ‘71 Public Affairs Forum on Elections 2012 at Williams College.

She will speak at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 12, on the MainStage of the ‘62 Center for Theatre and Dance. The lecture is free and open to the public, but tickets are required.

Harris-Perry is an author, television host, and political commentator who specializes in African-American politics.

The event is co-sponsored by Leadership Studies, Africana Studies, Political Science, and the Class of ‘71 Public Affairs Forum.
