Windsor races all unopposed; no candidates for Planning Board, Cemetery Commission

Posted

WINDSOR -- No contests appear on the annual town election ballot, set for noon to 8 p.m. Monday at Town Hall.

However, Town Clerk Evelyn Bird said no one stepped forward to run for a four-year Planning Board seat or a three-year Cemetery Commission seat. Those posts could be filled by write-in ballot.

Running unopposed are Moderator James Kierstead, Selectman Scott Brockway, Tree Warden Hugh Ferry, Cemetery Commissioner Hugh Ferry, Constable David Melle, Finance Committee member Barbara Giusti, Library Trustee Katherine Richter, and Planning Board member Daniel Sumner.
