LANESBOROUGH -- Vacation Village in the Berkshires' former sales complex on Williamstown Road is on the market for $2.1 million.

The complex consists of six buildings on 6.7 acres, according to Barb Hassan Realty of Pittsfield, the agency offering the property.

"I've had some interest," Hassan said.

It could not be determined on Friday when Vacation Village moved out of its sales complex. General Manager Peter Arms did not return a telephone call seeking comment.

Vacation Village, a time-share resort complex, still has offices in Hancock located near Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. Vacation Village's parent company is Patriot Resorts Corp., which also owns the Patriot Suites hotel on Dan Fox Drive in Pittsfield, which has been closed since 2010.

The six wood-frame buildings that make up Vacation Village's former sales complex were constructed between 1986 and 2007, according to the listing. It contains a 6,370-square-foot conference center, sales offices, meeting rooms and storage buildings. The entire property contains 15,635 square feet.

Property taxes on the site were $25,042 in fiscal 2011, according to Hassan Realty.

The former sales complex is being offered as both a unit and in portions. A building located on the south side of the complex is being offered separately for $549,900, while the five other structures on the north side can be purchased for $1.

54 million, according to its real estate listing.

"The lower lot on the south side is a separate lot, so it can be bought seperately," Hassan said. "The northern property has five buildings on six acres."
