As part of its ongoing "New Perspectives on Illustration" lecture series, Norman Rockwell Museum will present "Graphic Consciousness: The Visual Culture and Institutions of the Industrial Labor Movement," at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.

Presented through the Museum’s Rockwell Center for American Visual Studies, the lecture will be delivered by John Ott, associate professor of art history at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., who is one of four recipients of the Center’s 2012 Fellowship Awards.

The lecture is free with Museum admission.
