Wild Oats Market is offering an informal question and answer session with two local organic farmers from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, in the Wild Oats Market café, 320 Main St.

Lisa MacDougall of Mighty Food Farm in Pownal, Vt., and Jamie Snyder of Happenchance Farm in Eagle Bridge, N.Y., will answer questions about seed selection, green composting, organic pest control, soil health, raising backyard chickens, etc.

There is no cost or need to pre-register for this workshop, which takes place on Wild Oats Market’s Winter Member Appreciation Day.
