PITTSFIELD >> Television and film actor Michael Raymond-James, the star of NBC's new series, "Game of Silence," will play the leading role of Brick in Tennessee Williams' "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" at Berkshire Theatre Group's Fitzpatrick Main Stage in Stockbridge, June 22 through July 16.
Other principals are Rebecca Brooksher as Maggie, Jim Beaver as Big Daddy and Linda Gehringer as Big Mama. David Auburn is directing.

Raymond-James has appeared in the hit TV shows "True Blood" and "Once Upon a Time," and the feature films, "Black Snake Moan" with Justin Timberlake and "Jack Reacher" with Tom Cruise.
Brooksher's BTG credits include "Period of Adjustment" and "Anna Christie" at The Fitzpatrick Main Stage and "Sick" at The Unicorn Theatre. Other credits in the area include "Molly Sweeney," "Blackbird" and "Nina Variations" at Chester Theater Company, and "All My Sons" and "Private Lives" at Barrington Stage. In New York, she's been seen at Lincoln Center, Roundabout Theatre, Red Bull and Atlantic Stage 2. She's performed at a number of regional theaters, and her television credits include "The Good Wife," "Elementary," "Happyish," "Love Monkey" and "Ugly Betty."
Beaver's television credits include "Better Call Saul," "Mike and Molly," "Supernatural" and "Deadwood." Among his films are "In Country," "Magnolia" and "The Life of David Gale." As a stage actor, Beaver has spent five seasons with Dallas Shakespeare Festival, and played lead roles in national tours and at regional theaters. He is a three-time Los Angeles Dramalogue Critics Award-winner.
Gehringer's BTG credits include "I Saw My Neighbor on the Train and I Didn't Even Smile" and "The Batting Cage." She most recently performed at South Coast Repertory in La Jolla, Calif., and received a Jeff Award-nomination for her work in "The Crowd You're In With" at Chicago's Goodman Theatre. Her television credits include recurring roles on "Justified" and "Touch," and guest appearances on "NCIS," "Raising Hope," "Weeds," "Gilmore Girls," "Without a Trace," "Cold Case," "Ally McBeal," "Frasier" and "The West Wing."
