NEW LEBANON, N.Y. — "Forever Plaid," one of The Theater Barn's most frequently produced shows, returns to the summer theater Thursday.

Performances through Aug. 7 are 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday; 4 and 8 p.m. Saturday; and 2 p.m. on Sundays.

"Forever Plaid" tells the story of a 1950s harmony group, The Plaids, as they give a very special performance.

Written by Stuart Ross, the musical is filled with classic barbershop quartet harmonies and hit songs from the 1950s.

Trey Compton is directing. Joey Alan, Ricky Gee, Andrew Martinelli and Andrew Pace play The Plaids.

Making his Theater Barn musical directing debut is Matthew Russell.
