MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) -- State police say a car driven by a 92-year-old Massachusetts man has crashed on the F.E. Everett Turnpike in New Hampshire, killing his 24-year-old passenger.

Police say the 2005 Buick LaSabre went off the road, rolled and struck a tree in Merrimack on Saturday afternoon, killing Matthew Caban, of Waltham, Mass.

The driver of the car, John Caban, also of Waltham, was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Their relationship wasn't immediately clear.

State police are investigating the crash.
