North Adams City Councilor Ashley Shade is seeking to repeal an ordinance dating back to the 1940s that sets a 10 p.m. curfew for minors under the age of 16.
An ordinance passed in 1943 set a curfew for anyone under 16 in the city. The City Council voted this week to repeal it.
