In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Brandon Johnson, 24, of Cherry Street, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise that was continued without a finding until March 11. He was ordered to pay $200 in restitution.

In a separate case, Johnson admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, second offense, that was continued without a finding until March 11. He was ordered to pay $57.49 in restitution.

Stephen Stanley, 31, of Montgomery Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of trespassing. He was sentenced to seven days in jail.

Tiffany Roberts, 23, of West Main Street, North Adams, had charges of domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness, and disturbing the peace dismissed for a failure to prosecute.

Jessica Rosenburg, 22, of West Main Street, North Adams, had charges of domestic assault and battery and disturbing the peace dismissed for a failure to prosecute.

Tonya Saldo, 37, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jose Casillas-Jackson, 22, of River Street, North Adams, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Tami Dudley, 33, of Tyler Street, Pittsfield, had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. She was also found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and speeding.

Joseph Lafountain, 33, of Cleveland Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until March 28. He was fined $50. Lafountain was also found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.
