To the editor:
When, and by whom, was it decreed that the one (and only true) mission of that establishment on South Street was to be a place for the display of art? Likewise, who was it who decided that those on the board who dared to have a "new vision" deserved the condemnation and scorn that are displayed in Mr. Giuliano's letter (Eagle, May 22)?
