LENOX — Even if the weather isn't cooperating, fall is in the air. It's time for the 39th Lenox Apple Squeeze.

The event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 22 and 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine in the historic downtown Lenox village.

Bring your appetite because the Apple Squeeze will feature nearly 150 food and crafts vendors and representatives from local cultural venues and businesses. The two day event will also feature musical performances as well as activities for children.

"This year, we have been focused on bringing the Apple Squeeze back to its roots by featuring more local vendors and entertainment than ever before. We are happy to welcome Berkshire favorites such as Whiskey City, Rev Tor and Berkshire Bateria to our musical lineup," said Shaun Kelleher, executive director of the Lenox Chamber of Commerce .

Like last year, Main Street will be open for traffic and emergency vehicles, and vendors will be placed along Church and Housatonic streets as well as Main Street. This gives festival goers more opportunity to easily explore local businesses on the side streets. It also means more room to move and walk along what has traditionally been a loggerhead on Main Street.

Here is what you need to go if you are planning on attending:

- Musical lineup: Saturday: Sunday Strummers, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Whiskey City, 1 to 3 p.m.; Rev Tor, 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday: Matchstick Architects, 11 a.m. to 1 pm.; Berkshire Bateria, 1 to 3 p.m.

- Traffic: Main Street will be open for through traffic, with Church and Housatonic streets being closed for through traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

- Where to park: There will be no parking allowed on Housatonic and Church streets starting from midnight late Friday/early Saturday morning until Sunday at approximately 6 pm (after vendors pull down). There will be signs posted by Lenox Community Center staff Friday afternoon along these streets provided by the Lenox Police Department. If there are cars still there by Saturday at 6 a.m., they will be towed at their owner's expense. There will be additional parking at Morris Elementary, B.U.T.I. campus, and Shakespeare & Company.

- Restrooms: Will be available at the Roche Library Reading Park (Main Stage), in Lilac Park, and in the parking lot on the corner of Church and Housatonic streets and either end of Church. The Lenox Town Hall, the Academy Building and the Lenox Library will also have restrooms.
