Barrington Stage Company has announced six of seven plays slated for it's upcoming summer season, the first to be led by new Artistic Director Paul Alan.

PITTSFIELD — Two world premieres, two musicals and a host of familiar artists are in store for Alan Paul’s first season as Barrington Stage Company’s new artistic director.

Paul’s maiden season begins May 24 with the world premiere of Mark St. Germain’s “The Happiest Man on Earth” in Barrington Stage’s 136-seat St.
