PITTSFIELD — On its surface, the musical “Once” is a young-man-meets-young-woman love story set in Dublin. But this multiple Tony Award-winning show is about much more than that, says Andy Taylor, music director and cast member of the Berkshire Theatre Group production that opens Sunday, July 3 at The Colonial Theater.
