Bernie Sanders plans Fox town hall meeting

Fox News Channel says Bernie Sanders will appear on the network for a town hall event on April 15, the first Democrat to venture onto Fox for this type of an event in the current presidential campaign cycle.

Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will co-anchor the town hall, which will be held in Bethlehem, Pa. It will focus on the economy and jobs.

It's an important booking for Fox, after the Democratic National Committee announced last month that it would not hold any of its presidential debates on the network. The committee said it was concerned about whether Fox could hold a fair and neutral event.

Sanders appeared in a Fox town hall during his 2016 primary campaign. His opponent, Hillary Clinton, did not.

Possible Van Gogh suicide pistol on auction

A Paris auction house says it's selling a revolver that was possibly used by Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh to take his own life.

Hailed by some as the art world's most famous weapon, Auction Art is putting the 7mm pocket revolver up for sale June 19 at the Drouot auction center in Paris.

The revolver was discovered in the 1960s in fields in the northern French village of Auvers-sur-Oise, where Van Gogh is widely believed to have shot himself in the chest in 1890. He died two days later.

A book by Pulitzer-prize winning authors questions that version of events, however, concluding that he was fatally shot by two teenagers.

The pistol going under the hammer was displayed at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam as part of a 2016 exhibition.

Instagram: Royals fastest to hit 1M fans

Pay no attention to Hollywood stars or pop idols. When it comes to Instagram, it seems no one can match the allure of a youthful royal couple expecting their first child.

Guinness World Records said Wednesday that a new Instagram account opened by Prince Harry and his wife Meghan is the fastest-ever to gain 1 million followers.

The account, which was opened Tuesday, reached the 1 million mark in under six hours, easily beating a record held by Korean pop sensation Kang Daniel. It has since grown to 2.6 million.

Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, call their new account "sussexroyal." They say it'll be used for important announcements.

Interest in the account has likely been spurred by the fact that Meghan is expected to give birth in late April or early May.
