PITTSFIELD — Rebecca Sorrentino has been promoted to vice president/relationship manager-My Banker for Berkshire County by Berkshire Bank.
In her new role, Sorrentino will be responsible for building a network of Berkshire County community partners in collaboration with Berkshire Bank's business lines to further enhance the client experience and customer expectations.
Sorrentino, who has over 35 years of banking experience, also will work as a Berkshire County My Banker, which is a 24/7 free financial concierge service to help customers navigate through their next big financial life stage.
Before serving in her new position, Sorrentino was the assistant vice president/dual branch officer for the Lenox main and the West Stockbridge offices of Berkshire Bank for over 20 years.
She is serving as a board member of the West Stockbridge Historical Society and serves on the Fairview Hospital Golf Tournament Committee.
Sorrentino has served as president of the Lenox Library and Tri-Town Rotary.
