Mill Town Capital joins other investors to buy a fifth-generation family business, Mullen Companies

This Mullen Companies site in the Downing Industrial Park in Pittsfield is one of the properties included in a $9.8 million purchase by a new investment group in the region, Mountain Capital Partners LLC.

PITTSFIELD — Mill Town Capital has formed an investment group with four local partners that recently purchased the assets of a long-standing, Berkshire-based moving, storage and warehouse company.

The new entity, Mountain Capital Partners LLC, has acquired the Mullen Companies, which operates self-storage, mobile mini-storage, archive and records management and warehousing operations in Adams, Pittsfield and three locations in New York state.
