Hillsdale, N.Y. — A new brewery Roe Jan Brewing Company can start making beer after receiving a custom brewhouse on a flatbed from Oregon.

On Aug. 1, the brewery — with plans to open in late fall — got its Portland Kettle Works 7 BBL "Hopmaster" brewhouse system. It's being installed at *32 Anthony St., in Hillsdale, N.Y., according to a press release by Roe Jan owners, Steve and Kathy Bluestone.

Roe Jan Brewing Company beer will be available at its adjacent 84-seat restaurant, which includes an octagonal bar surrounding a vintage grain hopper and an open kitchen featuring a Grillworks wood-fired grill.
