DALTON — Veteran Berkshire County Realtor Arnold Perras and his wife, Doreen, recently sold the Park Avenue Apartments on Park Avenue for $2.5 million to a group from outside Massachusetts, according to documents filed at the Berkshire Middle Registry of Deeds in Pittsfield.
Perras Family Nominee Trust sold the complex, which consists of five structures on two lots, to Park Avenue Apartments LLC, which is managed by Paula Licitra, of Bristol, Conn., according to papers filed with the Secretary of State’s Office.
The other members of the limited liability company include Emanuel Licitra and Tina Aiosa, both of the New York City borough of Staten Island.
Paula Licitra did not return a telephone call seeking comment on what the group plans to do with the property.
Park Avenue Apartments LLC has obtained a five-year, $2 million mortgage on the property with Adams Community Bank, according to registry documents.
The buildings, which include 21 total units, are located at 225, 226, 231, 232 and 237 Park Ave. Perras had owned the buildings since 1984. They include two four-family units and one five-family unit.
