Join Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, Sandrine Harris, for Naumkeag's annual Friday series of Meditation in Nature, in the gardens at Naumkeag.
You'll be guided through a beautiful meditative experience. With slow walking, sitting, and sensory practices, immerse your mind and body in the splendor of the gardens, with views to the Berkshire hills.Sandrine Harris, SEP, GCFP, Meditation Facilitator, leads experiences at Naumkeag in collaboration with The Trustees. Open to all adults (no experience needed to join!). Naumkeag requires the wearing of face masks and maintaining at least 6' social distancing between all participants.
*Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor walking. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. These will not be provided for you.
*Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
