It's all about the breath -- and the view. Start your week with an hour of yoga at Naumkeag with unparalleled pastoral views of the Berkshires. Yoga is important to keep our minds and bodies at peace, to keep us healthy, to keep us sane. This class is accessible to all levels and is intended to relax the body, stretch the muscles and ease our stress.
