Cop dragged by getaway car after theft suspects from North Adams grab load of Home Depot power tools in Bennington, Vt.

BENNINGTON, Vt. — A trio from North Adams allegedly tried to make off with about $2,000 in goods from the Bennington Home Depot, but were stopped by an off-duty police officer, who ended up being dragged by the suspects’ car after confronting them.
