Driver dies in collision in Hinsdale after pursuit by Dalton police

HINSDALE — A driver died after a collision on Robinson Road in Hinsdale, the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office said. The crash occurred after Dalton police pursued the car on suspicion of operating under the influence.

The crash occurred at 9:05 p.m. on Saturday, with the Hinsdale Police Department, Dalton Police Department and Dalton Fire Department responding.
