A judge wants medical records before deciding whether to release from pretrial custody Donald Monsees Sr.

PITTSFIELD — A judge wants to see hospital records before deciding whether to release a man accused of sexually assaulting children from pretrial custody.

Judge John Agostini said he is aware of about health complications 70-year-old Donald Monsees Sr. reportedly faces — but hasn’t been shown official medical records.
